My first post 🤯

       So I'll be bringing to you all healthy food tips🗒️ and great recipes for yummy meals🍜. So stick around 😘.
        Today I'm just gonna share a nice recipe to celebrate the new month ❤️. This meal is from the eastern part of Nigeria and it is very nutricious, it is rich in protein, vitamin C, E and Omega 3 fatty acid. This soup is perfect for a cold raining day due to it's spicy taste.
What I'm going to be making today is (drumrolls🥁) Ofe Nsala also know as White soup.
Let's run through our ingredients.
P. S: All ingredients are straight from Naya's Pantry 😊.
                   Ingredients
1 kilogram Beef
2 tablespoon of uzazi seeds (Habanero peppers)
2 medium sized chilli peppers
Utazi leaf
Grounded crayfish
Chopped onions
Seasoning cubes (to taste)
Ogiri
Stockfish
Dried fish
Salt
Cocoyam.   
                   Procedures
1. Wash the Uziza seeds and chilli peppers, pound/blend them and set aside.
2. On a different pot, boil the cocoyam and pound/blend until firm the set aside.
3. Wash your assorted meat, stockfish and dried fish, add seasoning cubes, salt, onion and precook.
4. Once it is almost ready, pour the blended Uziza seeds and pepper mixture into the pot, the pounded cocoyam, onions , crayfish, ogiri and salt, cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add you Uziza leaves to simmer for 5 minutes. Then you can enjoy a delicious pot of Nsala soup with any swallow meal of your choice.
