My top 5 favorite Nigerian snacks 🍩

Hey everyone 👋, it's been a while, hope you didn't miss me too much 🙃. It's a pleasure once again to write to you. Today, I'm going to be telling you my top 5 favorite Nigerian snacks 🍩 and I'll be giving you a recipe for one, but first of all let me tell you all about snacks. Snacks are small service of food and generally eaten between meals. Snack can be beneficial to our diet because they can increase nutrient intake, sustain energy level, help the body to recover from exercise and give individuals plenty of healthy option. And on that note, in no particular order here's my Top 5 favorite Nigerian snacks 🍩. 

5. Sweet potato chips.

1. Puff Puff. 
How to make Puff Puff.
              Ingredients
• 1½ cups of flour
• ½ tablespoon of yeast
• ¼ cup of sugar 
• 3 pinches of salt
• ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
• 2 cup of warm water
• Vegetable oil
                       Directions
1. Sift the flour into a clean dry bowl, add yeast, nutmeg, sugar and salt then mix well.
2. Add warm water and mix till everything is well staired and combined.
3. Cover the bowl with a piece of Clean napkin or an aluminum foil and place In a warm place till the batter is risen well.
4. Pour some oil in a deep pot and allow to heat up.
5. When the oil is hot enough scoop some batter into the oil and allow it to get without a por cover.
6. Once the Puff Puff balls are golden brown take them out and allow to cool down then your Puff Puff is ready.
